When email is rejected with this message it is due to the fact that the mail server used to send to us has been known to send UCE/UBE (spam) or viruses to us or our customers, or for other abusive traffic such as, but not limited to, DDoS attacks, backscatter, a dictionary attack, etc.  This blacklist is maintained privately by ABI Hosting.
