The email you sent contained email headers which bear earmarks common in spam and viruses.  The specific reasons are numerous, but if a legitimate message is rejected for these reasons it may be possible that whatever software was used to compose the message is faulty or misconfigured.  This can be a problem with some bulk email software or web-based email software such as ticketing systems.
