When email is rejected with this message it is due to the fact that the mail server used to send to us has been known to send UCE /UBE (spam) or viruses to us or our customers, or for other abusive traffic such as, but not limited to, DDoS attacks, backscatter , a dictionary attack , etc.  This blacklist is maintained privately by ABI Hosting.
