Individual users have the ability to manage certain Spam configuration options for their own email accounts. Each of the settings discussed in this section deal with mail delivery in general. A user does not need to use webmail in order for these settings to be effective. All users must use Horde in order to make the configuration changes, but once made, they will remain in effect whether webmail or an email program such as Thunderbird, Outlook Express, Outlook, Eudora, etc., is used.
